April 23 - AM -early afternoon.  Build processor housing unit in Cottekill with Jerry & interested parties -- build elec. hot water heater, pump based processor

In the meantime:

- Jerry's looking into pricing for 55 gal drums of B100 from Staten Island, and logistics of
bringing it up for group members to buy it from a central location.

- Pete Healey remains committed to grease car conversions -- will assist others interested in using straight used vegetable oil stored in an alternative tank to fuel their cars.  Keep in mind that your driving habits will dictate its usefulness:  It takes 5-7mi for the grease to heat; 2 mi before end of trip to switch back to petrol diesel.

- Folks are interested in using a blend of biodiesel for heating oil:  KOSCO, Dunne and Heritage Energy cited as potentially open-minded companies to become area distributors.  Melissa, Diane & Francis, and Manna will call them, make them aware of the $1.00/gal. tax credit to blenders and see if they are interested in becoming distributors; will put them in touch with

- Firefighter Peter will create survey for online group members re: biodiesel wants, needs,
expectations, etc.

- Melissa reported that there is an active group of school bus companies who are working on best ways to meet Clean School Bus requirements.

Thanks to all the new faces who came, and to Jerry for doing an excellent demo of making
biodiesel.
